Mystic Dunes Golf Club Florida Golf Course Florida Golf Course Mystic Dunes is a unique new course located 2 miles south of the Walt Disney World Resort on Old Lake Wilson Road. Designed by PGA Tour player and NBC golf analyst Gary Koch, this challenging course is located at the Palms Resort and Country Club. Two distinct layouts take advantage of unique topography, offering golfers a fantastic and memorable experience. The western nine has the characteristics of a British Isles links course, with large, expansive, sandy waste areas bordering lush, rolling, sweeping, perfectly manicured fairways. The "Lowcountry-style" eastern nine, reminiscent of classic Carolina-style courses, meanders through native wetlands and oak forests. Koch designed the course as player-friendly, rewading strategy minded golfers. Almost every green is accessible with run-up shots; a special feature is collection areas characterizied by unique "bumps & humps"
